The motel is across the pedestrian bridge from downtown shops and restaurants. The free Ride Glenwood bus circles the town, stopping near hotels, hot springs, the train station, and shopping areas.

All rooms at Starlight Lodge are air-conditioned and heated. Room choices include Queen Rooms, Queen Rooms with Two Queen Beds, and Deluxe Two-Bedroom Suites, some with balconies and stained-glass windows. Most rooms sit on the ground floor, and family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.

Starlight Lodge offers guest laundry facilities and vending machines on site. The front desk provides towels for the Hot Springs Pool, an extra pillow, and a hair dryer on request. Free parking is included, with one spot per room.
